Luxury Villa Sea Front Costa Teguise

We had a fantastic stay at this villa! the spacious and clean rooms ensured a comfortable stay. the location was perfect, with a short walk to shops and restaurants along the stunning coastal walk. the villa had all the necessary amenities, including a fully equipped kitchen and a lovely pool.

The front door was a bit difficult to open every day.

I had a wonderful stay at a lovely villa in Costa Teguise. The villa was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The beds were comfortable, and having two bathrooms was a bonus. The terrace in the front and back offered great outdoor seating options. The villa also had superb WiFi, a plus. the clear instructions provided before arrival made it easy to collect the keys as planned. It was great having a secure parking and entrance, providing peace of mind. And even though the area around Playa Roca was not very lively, I enjoyed the tranquility and the proximity to Playa Bastian and Playa del Jabilo, both beautiful beaches.

Some minor inconveniences included the lack of a sufficient number of towels in the kitchen and only one tea towel and bin bag for a week's stay. the TV channels were predominantly Spanish with only a few foreign options available.

The villa is conveniently located, with a supermarket just 150m away for all your holiday needs. It is also a short 20-minute walk to the central square in town. the living area is spacious and the villa offers three comfortable bedrooms and two bathrooms. the large pool is cleaned daily and there is plenty of outside seating space for relaxation. the villa has a modern and stylish interior, with an ideal kitchen and comfortable beds with nice linen.

The villa complex can be difficult to navigate upon arrival due to the lack of a clear map indicating the villa numbers.

Missing sunbeds and parasols.

The villa is in a fabulous position, with a 20-minute walk or a regular bus ride to the main town. The property is modern, clean, and well-laid out. The kitchen is ideal and the beds are very comfortable, with nice linen. The communal pool is nice and there is a friendly family-run bar on-site.
